When you confirm the bulk order, you please provide us the design artwork by PDF or AI format, we will arrange the towel production and mould making.If you need the custom wash label, barcode label, SKU number sticker, Shipping mark, you just send us your artwork and label file, we will make it for you for free.

Q1:May I have my logo on the product?

Yes, we provide OEM service, your logo and your design can be made on the product.

Q2:What's your MOQ for custom towel?( the minimum order quantity?)

For printed sport towel, our MOQ is 100pcs, for jacquard sport towel, our MOQ is 800-1000pcs For printed beach towel, our MOQ is 100pcs, for jacquard beach towel, our MOQ is 500pcs.

Q3:How long time that you can finish the custom towel sample?

Generally it's 7 -15 days around.

Q4:How long time for your bulk order?

It's 20-30days around when you confirm the order (it depends on the date that we receive your deposit).

Q5:How can we place an order to you?

When we both confirm the order details, like the size, weight, quantity, shipping, then we will make a proforma invoice for you to review, if you feel ok, you can pay us based on our bank information in PI, we will arrange the order production once we receive your deposit.

Q6:Can i add the custom wash label?

Yes,you please send us your label artwork, we will make it for you.

Q7:What's your payment terms?

30%T/T in advance and 70%balance before shipment, if you can not pay T/T, other payment terms, we can negotiate it.
